Identification of IL-2 inducing peptides from a given
protein sequence
This module generates all the possible overlapping peptides from a given protein sequence, according to the
user defined length. The hybrid model predicts the IL-2 induction potential of all generated peptides. This
will help to identify the peptide sequence that might have IL-2 induction ability.
