Prediction of IL-2 inducing potential of wild type and
mutant peptide sequences
This module generates all potential single-point mutants of a given peptide sequence. The IL-2
inducing potential of the wild type and single point mutants
is reported. In case of peptide length >30 amino acids, the IL-2-inducing potential of the first 30 amino acids
is calculated.
