IL2PepScan Webserver
This webserver helps the user to predict whether the given peptide have IL-2 induction ability or not.
The key modules of the webserver are:
Predict
The Predict module enables the users to predict whether the given query sequence(s) can induce IL-2 or not.
Design
The Design module generates single amino acid mutants of a given peptide and predicts their IL-2 inducing
probability.
This module helps users to identify mutation site and which amino acid substituent is needed to enhance the IL-2 induction potential of query peptide.

Protein Scan
The Protein Scan module generates overlapping peptides of user defined length from the query protein sequence and
estimates their IL-2 induction activity.
This helps the users to identify which segments of the protein have the potential to induce IL-2.

BLAST
The BLAST module enables the users to search the given protein sequence against the database of known IL-2
inducers.
Motif Search
The Motif Search module enables the users to search/map IL-2 motifs in the user defined sequence.
