Prediction of IL-2 inducing peptides
This module predicts the IL-2 induction potential of the given peptide
sequence(s). The users are prompted to enter the sequences in fasta format, ranges from 8-30 amino acid long. In
case a peptide sequence is greater than 30 amino acid long, then the module will predict the IL-2 induction
potential of the first 30 amino acid of the given peptide.
