IL2PepScan: Prediction of IL-2 inducing peptides

This module allows users to identify IL-2-specific motifs within the provided sequence(s) using the MERCI tool. By detecting these key motifs, the module helps determine whether a sequence functions as an IL-2 inducer or non-inducer. It also supports batch submission of multiple protein sequences in FASTA format.
